What Jo Knows: No Price Listed 🤔

Sometimes, you'll notice that agents choose not to list a price for a property, and while it may seem frustrating, there's often a good reason behind it.
In my experience, there are instances where a property might be reacting differently in the marketplace than first expected. This could prompt discussions with the seller about potential price adjustments to align with market conditions.

By temporarily removing the price from the listing, we're essentially conducting a test. It allows us to gauge the level of interest and appetite for the property without the influence of a specific price point.

Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that we've exhausted all other options before considering a price reduction. We want to be confident that we've explored every avenue to attract potential buyers before making any significant changes to the listing price.
