As you will see in the bar graph below … compare that to the grey dotted line which represents the other properties on the market, and you can see undeniably it’s the #1 viewed property in the suburb by a huge margin!
CRANBOURNE
We also took out the #1 spot for Cranbourne on realestate.com.au when on the market with us in August. Another home in the street was on the market in the same month and with our marketing, our clients were sold at full asking price ($965,000), while the other didn’t - in reality they had a price reduction before securing a sale at $947,500.
