What happened with property prices in Cranbourne & surrounds in June 2023?

90 homes sold in June, which is down 46% on the same month last year, and the median house price is sitting at $730,000. The pattern to watch is year to date numbers which tell a slightly different story. Year to date we are down 37% in the number of homes sold and the overall increase in the median house price is only 1.08% meaning we are starting to see the beginning of equity shrink making it even more important to act quickly if you’re selling this year.
